Our Signature CollectionSignature Dog Harness, Signature Hybrid Harness, Signature Dog Bed, and Signature Dog Jacket — is protected by a 1-year limited warranty covering workmanship and functional components such as stitching, seams, zippers, buckles, clips, adjusters, and other hardware.

  • If something stops working as intended, we’ll replace it or give you your money back after our QC team confirms the issue.
  • Normal signs of use (light surface marks, minor scuffs that don’t affect performance) are expected over time and aren’t treated as defects.
  • Functional faults like hardware breakage, zipper failure, seam opening, or clip mechanism issues — even if developed through regular use — are covered.

We want you to shop with total confidence.

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 365 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and a purchase receipt/order confirmation.
  • Manufacturing defects: Covered by our 365-day money-back guarantee.
  • Signature Collection: Also covered by our 1-year warranty for functional faults.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scuffs, or marks that don’t affect function
  • Stains, odors, foam/pillow compression from use
  • Damage from pets, misuse, or improper care
  • Minor color variations between screens and real life
  • Custom/personalized products unless defective

How to Return, Exchange, or Claim Warranty

  1. Email returns@coccopucci.com with your order number, reason, and photos/videos if applicable.
  2. We arrange a free reverse pickup. If unavailable for your pincode, ship it to us and we reimburse standard courier costs with proof.
  3. QC team inspects your return:
    • Defective/Warranty-approved: Money-back or replacement — your choice.
    • Eligible non-defective (unused): Refund to original payment method or store credit.

Does a scratch or light mark count as a defect?

No — light surface marks or scuffs that don’t affect how the product works are a normal sign of use and aren’t covered.

What counts as a functional fault under warranty?

Breakage or failure of mechanisms/hardware (buckles, clips, zippers, stitching failure, seam opening) that affects usability — even if it developed with regular wear — is covered.

Do I need the original packaging to return?

We need the product to be unused and in resalable condition with original tags. The original box/bag is preferred but not always required for defect claims.
